2.We will start with a quick phone call so we can learn about you, the goals, the budget, and the timeline we will also use that call to answer any other questions and make some initial recommendations and set up the next steps.
3. We meet with you at your home to review your options, evaluate the site, and create a detailed project proposal.
4. We will read through all of the paperwork with you and answer anymore questions you may have. Sign on the dotted line and our team with begin working on you ADU/DADU
5.We handle all of the necessary permitting and approvals for the project, including submitting plans to the local building department and coordinating with utility providers.
6. Our team of of builders and project managers handle all aspects of the construction process, from site preparation to finishing touches. We use high-Quality materials and construction tools and techniques to ensure that each project is built to last.
7. Once your project is finished, we coordinate and handle all the necessary inspections and approvals to ensure that the ADU/DADU is ready for occupancy
8. After all of those steps are finished you are good to go and ready to enjoy you new ADU/DADU.
